It\u2019s a great opportunity for those who respect high-quality ingredients, are devoted to flavour, and eager to learn culinary techniques that will take their cooking to the next level. Aspiring contestants simply need to sign up [via this link] and showcase their talent \u2014 just like Gabriela, \u00c1ngela, Eneko, Mar\u00eda Lo, and Carlos Maldonado, former winners of the culinary talent show.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"916\"><strong data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"916\">\u2018MasterChef 12+1\u2019: a resounding success<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"1448\">On 30 June, <strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"951\">Gabriela Hinojosa<\/strong> was crowned the winner of <strong data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"999\">\u2018MasterChef 12+1\u2019<\/strong> in one of the most exciting and closely contested finals in the show\u2019s history. Her menu, a heartfelt tribute to her family, took viewers on a journey through her past, present, and future, drawing flavours from the three cities that have shaped her life. Thanks to her daring and emotionally charged menu, Gabriela not only claimed the <strong data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1364\">MasterChef Spain trophy<\/strong>, but also a <strong data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1400\">\u20ac100,000 cash prize<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1447\">publication of her own recipe book<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1825\">Gabriela and the two runners-up will continue their culinary education at the <strong data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1554\">Basque Culinary Center<\/strong> in San Sebasti\u00e1n. Gabriela will study the <strong data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1655\">Master\u2019s in Cuisine, Technique, Product and Creativity<\/strong>; Bea, her finalist opponent, will pursue a <strong data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1745\">Master\u2019s in Pastry and Restaurant Desserts<\/strong>; and Ismael, who came third, will attend a <strong data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1824\">five-week Specialisation Course<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"2393\">The broadcast of \u2018MasterChef 12+1\u2019 was a major success. The grand finale became the most-watched programme of the night, achieving a <strong data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"1975\">15.1% share<\/strong>, an average of <strong data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2010\">864,000 viewers<\/strong>, and nearly <strong data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2051\">3 million unique viewers<\/strong>. Since its premiere, the culinary show remained the <strong data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2133\">prime time leader on La 1<\/strong>, outperforming other channels.
