The headline of the sixth edition of ‘MasterChef Celebrity’, the culinary talent show on La 1 produced by RTVE in collaboration with Shine Iberia, has a very special soundtrack, composed by the young and multi-award-winning Spanish composer Lucas Vidal.
The stars of the show, a spectacular cast of sixteen celebrities including David Bustamante, Victoria Abril, Verónica Forqué, Carmina Barrios, Miki Nadal, Terelu Campos, Juanma Castaño, Vanesa Romero, Iván Sánchez, Belén López, Arkano, Samantha Hudson, Tamara, Yotuel, Eduardo Navarrete and Julian Iantzi, pose and dance in glamorous kitchens.
Lucas Vidal, an award-winning composer
Born in Madrid, he has established himself in record time as one of Europe’s most versatile soundtrack composers. Trained in the most prestigious schools in the United States and with a brilliant career on both sides of the ocean, Lucas has scored such important projects as ‘Fast and Furious 6’, ‘Palmeras en la Nieve’ and ‘Élite’. With two Goya Awards, an Emmy and an Iris Award from the TV Academy in his list of achievements, Lucas is committed to going out of his comfort zone time and time again, venturing into areas such as orchestral conducting, electronic music, the creation of anthems (Laliga anthem, Iberoamerican anthem) and coaching for young people and entrepreneurs through motivational talks.
