Week after week, Cayetana Guillén Cuervo will help the hosts prepare everything and even buy what’s necessary for the feast at the market. Alongside the stoves, they will have the assistance of chef Carlos Maldonado, who will advise them to create a wonderful menu that brings back flavors from their childhood. They will prepare Madrid-style stew, Manchego gazpachos, potatoes with cuttlefish, stewed cheek, Basque-style hake, doughnuts or rice pudding.
