“Cocina2” is a gastronomic journey to find excellence in Spain’s most characteristic products. It’s a journey, a product, and a duel in a kitchen between brothers: The Torres twins (a Michelin star). In an improvised kitchen, they will engage in a duel from which only one winner will emerge.The Torres twins will travel to around fifteen locations, where they will do everything possible to obtain the best product. They will embark on fishing trips, get to work on cultivation, and even become shepherds… Additionally, with their recipes, they must surprise a jury formed by the local protagonists they encounter along the journey.In this adventure, renowned Michelin-starred chefs such as Javier Olleros, Francis Paniego, Dani García, Oscar Velasco, Manolo de la Osa, Yayo Daporta, Beatriz Sotello, and Juan Crujeiras will also participate. “Cocina2” is a challenge between brothers, a gastronomic journey, and an opportunity to learn about the most typical products of each region.
