Sinopsis

Raíces’ is a documentary series that constitutes a journey to the origins of chef Carlos Maldonado. A retrospective look at that young rebel who accompanied his father in street vending and ended up conquering almost four million viewers by becoming the winner of the third edition of MasterChef.The documentary series explores his evolution as a chef but also as a person. It delves into the steps he took to launch his professional projects, ‘Raíces’ (with a Michelin Star), and ‘El Círculo,’ and how he balanced it with the significant project of his life: his family.
