Sinopsis

Karra Elejalde and a renowned chef from the area will help highlight these “almost” forgotten products. Investigating the product, getting to know the producers and working with traditional agricultural techniques. The chef, together with Karra Elejalde as a waiter, will prepare two dishes with the main product in extinction. The objective of S.O.S Foods is the real rescue of varieties in danger of extinction. To achieve this, our chefs will commit to including in their menu one of the dishes they cook during the program.
