The documentary series ” Porn Miseducation “, produced by Shine Iberia TV3 and ETB, has been awarded at the ARFF BARCELONA AWARDS in the category “ENVISION AWARD WINNER”, which involves the exclusive selection of ARFF & WSXA International Unification.

” Porn Miseducation” records the extraordinary testimonies of four families from Catalonia, the Basque Country and Madrid, made up of parents and teenage children. Each episode is developed around a premise that highlights some of the problems, myths and shortcomings present in the sexual education of young people. These moments range from awkward to funny situations, where parents and children discover the kind of content that can be accessed with just two clicks, without any parental control.

This award is yet another accolade for the format which, on 7 March, also won the ninth edition of the Pello Sarasola Prize, awarded by the ‘Federación de Organismos o Entidades de Radio y Televisión Autonómicos’ (Forta), which recognises the best programmes developed by regional public television channels.

” Porn Miseducation ” has had a great impact in recent broadcasts on TV3, ETB, Telemadrid, Televisión Canaria, Televisión de Galicia and À Punt. It is also currently available on Amazon Prime Video.

The series reflects on the sexual education of adolescents in our country and its relationship with porn consumption, and has become a key element in the working groups set up by regional parliaments and the central government to tackle this serious social problem.
